I also teach middle school computers, but like what you are doing. Your blog is something that I will return to for information and inspiration. We are just now moving into a new building and I was switched from the PC platform to the Mac platform so I am having to rethink my whole program. Do you think it would be possible to get a copy of you syllabus and scope and sequence? I am so tired of just teaching Microsoft Office and here in Florida, we really don’t have much leadership in curriculum development for computer science. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Thank you so much Richard! I would love to share anything I do with you. I will be coming up with a revised list of things I am teaching this year as I go back to my classroom tomorrow. Send me an email and I will share that document with you and anything else you like. My email is kmunoz@bryanisd.org.

I’m sure it would be frustrating switching platforms. I would feel that way going from Mac to PC. Just hang in there and know you can always ask for help if you need it.

Thanks again for your sweet comments! Talk to you soon!

Can I get a copy of your syllabus, too, please? I am looking for new ideas. I teach 6-8 Computer Applications. We have 9 weeks courses. I follow you through twitter and have taken some of your Simple K12 courses. You really know your stuff!!

    Thanks so much!

    Thank you so much Tierney!

I don’t necessarily have a syllabus, but a list of software, apps and units that I cover over the year. I’ll send you that soon. :) If you need anything else just let me know.

I have found your blog through your webinar in simplek12 – “Photo Editing Project for the Classroom”. Thank you so much for sharing. I am using your ideas in the classroom and came here to get ideas for my class blog. I would love it if you could share what you are using for Tech Apps. I taught that course last year, but this year we will have another teacher. I am looking for anything you can share so that I can share it with our new teacher.

    Thank You!
